Making homemade cordial is a great skill to have, not only is it delicious but it is so easy to make.  This is a great way to use excess lemons, and a great way to store your harvest from backyard lemon trees. Not to mention it is great tasting and wonderfully natural!  I have just made the last batch from last years lemons, which I squeezed and froze to be used for cordial making throughout the year.
