I’ve had a great day in the garden today, the weather was just perfect for digging! Homestead hubby dug out some tired plants from the front garden, then dug the soil over. I added some lovely compost from the chicken run, then planted some annual flowers. The front garden needed a bit of a brighten up now that all the French Lavender has been cut back. It flowered beautifully all through spring, but needed a bit of a tidy up ready for summer. I am hoping that a little hard work this week will mean we have lovely flowers over…
