This is a fun and easy slice to make for a treat.  It can be easily converted to a gluten free recipe if you wish.  I made this on the weekend and it was a hit!  I substituted homemade plum jam because that is what I had on hand. I also used up some extra large marshmallows, which were in the cupboard.  I just cut the marshmallows into slices to make them work.
